To register and use the bile2cuci platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Registering using personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date — full name as per your identification card, active phone number, and valid email address.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban imposed by any relevant authority.
• Only register one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same or different names is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts without compensation.

In all circumstances, bile2cuci's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the claim.
